1.General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BCF Bamboo Craft website and the purchase of products from us. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2.Products
All our products are handcrafted from natural bamboo. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are normal and not considered defects — they are a mark of authentic craftsmanship. Product images are representative; actual products may vary slightly.
3.Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order (or on delivery for COD orders). We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
4.Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5.Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
6.Returns & Refunds
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not eligible for return. Please refer to our FAQ for detailed return instructions.
7.Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of BCF Bamboo Craft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCF Bamboo Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9.Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
