Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. For online payments, the amount is credited back to the original payment method.

Apply a thin coat of bamboo oil or linseed oil once or twice a year to keep the natural lustre and prevent drying or cracking. This is especially important in dry climates.
